Privacy notice

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

We welcome you on our website and thank you for your interest in our company. In order to make you feel comfortable with regard to the handling of your personal data, we would like to tell you how we handle the data we receive and which security measures are taken on our part. In addition, you will receive information on your statutory rights in connection with the processing of the data.

Personal Data

When you visit our website, we normally collect none of your personal data. Personal data will only be collected if you provide it yourself, for example when entering your data into a contact form or when requesting our newsletter.

Currently, all data is still transmitted unencrypted and it cannot be ruled out that unauthorised third parties might get access to them during transmission. However, it is possible to use alternative ways of communication (e. g. by letter post or facsimile), which provide more security than unencrypted emails.

User Profiles

User profiles are not created. Should we intend to create user profiles in the future, we will inform you on our intention in due time when entering our website so that you have the possibility to object to this. We will then of course respect your request and we will not create such a profile for you.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data / Appropriation

All personal data which we receive from you when you visit our website will only be collected, processed and used by us for the indicated purpose. We will ensure that this is only done within the scope of the applicable regulations or with your permission.

Public Procedure Register / Right to Information

Upon request, we are prepared to provide you with our public procedure register pursuant to § 4 e German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG).
Upon request, we can also inform you in writing if and which personal data of yours has been stored.

Links to Other Providers

Our website contains – clearly marked – links to websites of other companies.
Insofar as there are links to websites of other providers, we do not have any influence on their contents. Hence, we cannot provide any guarantee or assume any liability for these contents. The respective provider or operator of these websites is responsible for the respective contents. At the time of linking, they were examined with regard to any possible infringements upon the law and any recognisable violations of rights and no, illegal contents could not be found. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked websites is, however, infeasible without any concrete evidence of a violation of rights. If any violations of rights become known, any such links will be removed immediately.

Our website uses several so-called cookies. They serve the purpose of making our website more user-friendly, more effective as well as more secure. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and which your browser saves (locally on your hard disk).
These cookies enable us to analyse how users use our website. By doing this, we can create the contents of our website according to the visitors’ needs. In addition, cookies give us the possibility to measure the effectiveness of one particular piece of information and to have it displayed depending on the users’ interest in a particular topic.
The cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit.
The majority of web browsers automatically accept cookies. Yet, you can normally modify your browser settings if you prefer not to send this information. You will then still be able to use our website without any limitations (exception: configurators).
